To follow up on your claim, just call our Inquiry Hotline No +94 115 200 600 and provide the details of your claim to a staff member. They’ll be glad to bring you up-to-date on your claim.
How do I apply for/lodge an insurance claim?
Your very first step would be to simply pick up the phone and call our 24-hour contact centre (Hotline No. 5 200 200) where all claims are initially intimated. From there on, our friendly and helpful staff will gladly assist you on the step-by-step process you would need to follow.
